“Before they moved to the new location there was always someone right there to help as soon as i pulled in. Now at the new place i waited over 5 minutes while everyone inside just looked at me. When someone finally came to help - actually one of the mechanics - he was very helpful. I wish i would have gotten his name; i would give him 5 stars. A very different experience than at their previous location.”
“Just like to say how happy I was with the service provided by Esther. We booked a toyota camry unfortunately they didn't have one in stock or anything similar, so we were upgraded to a brand new gmc truck at no extra cost. She was very informative about the insurance available and very polite to talk to.

“Garrett was very detailed walking me through the rental process, and giving me a quick overview of the car interior (where are the mirror adjustments, radio, ac controls etc.). At the same time, Garrett was also very efficient in getting me checked out in very little time.
The driver who dropped me off was also very helpful. His name was Pops. I left something in the car, but didnt have the driver's number. Fortunately, he noticed and drove back to return to me. Very grateful to him.
