“My adopted dog came here for her first grooming experience and the groomers were all very helpful to begin with. My dog doesn't have the best manners around shower head and blow dryer, but they have managed to assure that the process will be as stressfree as possible for my rescue dog. It was an easy drop off and pick up. The grooming took about an hour, less time than expected too! When I came for pick up, I can see her waiting quietly in her personal space. And feeling her for the first time was amazing. Her fur has such a beautiful silky coat from ger wash and treatment. I am so happy with the experience and highly recommend pet owners to make an appointment for their furry loving pets. It's always good to have a back up groomer too! Just saying! “Yesterday was our first visit at Magic Groomer and I think it's safe to say my dog loved it as much as I did! When I got there my dog decided to do his business right outside and as I was struggling to pick it up and hold his leash at the same time a very kind gentleman came out and took my dog inside so I was able to pick it up. He was very friendly and very helpful as it was my first visit. We will definitely be back!!”

Janet answered the phone and informed me that they do in fact do these types of procedure and more. She was kind enough to inform me what time I should come in and helped me every step of the way. The store was very clean and the food and treats were all perfectly aligned...the store seemed instagram-worthy. And the employees were all very welcoming. Also, at the front-facing part of the store, there are bathtubs that dog owners may rent to bathe their dogs.Free, limited time parking is available in the back. While I thought the quality was nice, the price for a small bag of treats can really dent the wallet. I imagine the regular food will be the same. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase of Plato's chicken dog treat for small dogs. My dog loves it!”

“My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. “I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”

“So I had been looking around for a prescription cat food that was prescribed to my ailing fur baby girl and was having a hard time finding what I needed so I called Urban pet and spoke to a very helpful woman who said they didn't carry what I was looking for but instead suggested that I consider a nonprescription alternative and provided me with a lot of really good information. With this information, I was able to do some research and determine that there are way better products on the market than the prescription stuff that they recommend for your animals. So the following day, I went into the store and spoke with the young man who was extremely helpful in explaining which food would be best based on my animals needs. I have to say that the staff here was friendly from the minute I walked in the door, they were very eager to assist and very very knowledgeable about all the products that they carried. I was extremely happy to be able to get good information and what I think is a better food for my little girl. This place is phenomena and has a great selection.
