When I got there my dog decided to do his business right outside and as I was struggling to pick it up and hold his leash at the same time a very kind gentleman came out and took my dog inside so I was able to pick it up. Janet answered the phone and informed me that they do in fact do these types of procedure and more. She was kind enough to inform me what time I should come in and helped me every step of the way. Staff here are very knowledgeable and can help you in any questions you have. I want to thank you guys for helping me and my sick dehydrated puppy today. “Our pup, Gumbo, has been here three times now. He’s a large dog and has a lot of anxiety because of his past. He is definitely not the “easiest customer.” As owners, we are very selective about where we bring him. Each time, he is warmly welcomed by the team and is clearly well cared for. “My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. “When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my fur baby (shown in the pictures below). I take 3 dogs of mine here and he never fails to disappoint every time. “I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”

“I love this store!!! I came in today hoping that I could get my dog groomed but, unfortunately the grooms were done for the day. I was bummed, but an employee, Jack explained how the groomers finish at a certain time, and booking an appointment is what I should do instead. Jack showed me Urban Pet has self wash stations! Gave me a quick run down of how it works and let me know of a daily deal on Mondays for the self wash. Jack gave me some fresh towels! After his bath they gave my pup some treats! My boy has chicken allergy, but Jack made sure to ask before giving him any. They also helped me out with some food recommendations for my pup's sister. Jack hooked it up with some samples and a free membership! Definitely will be coming back, people here know their stuff!!!”

“Another thanks to Yelp! I found this place.. We found baby chicks that we wanted- They have all the things we need to start up- like beginner poultry kit and feeds for our new chicks! Kit - $45 chicks - $10 each 8lb crumbles - $11 (food) not bad at all! They accept cards, Apple pay is what I used. Parking spots available and nice helpful staff! I recommen! thumbs up!”

“So I had been looking around for a prescription cat food that was prescribed to my ailing fur baby girl and was having a hard time finding what I needed so I called Urban pet and spoke to a very helpful woman who said they didn't carry what I was looking for but instead suggested that I consider a nonprescription alternative and provided me with a lot of really good information. With this information, I was able to do some research and determine that there are way better products on the market than the prescription stuff that they recommend for your animals. So the following day, I went into the store and spoke with the young man who was extremely helpful in explaining which food would be best based on my animals needs. I have to say that the staff here was friendly from the minute I walked in the door, they were very eager to assist and very very knowledgeable about all the products that they carried. I was extremely happy to be able to get good information and what I think is a better food for my little girl. This place is phenomena and has a great selection. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great pet store with a great selection and knowledgeable staff. And good prices too !!”
