“This place is short-handed. Only one employee there. She is very helpful.
What I didn't like was returning the truck.

“By far, this is the best storage facility I've ever used, across multiple states. The on-site team (which is non-existent at many storage places) is always friendly and helpful. Mario helped us find our initial unit by literally walking us through the units that were available and that he thought met our needs. Pablo was great with making sure our moving-truck team had the space they needed.
But seriously, everyone reading this, what's most important is that there are no rats or other pests. This place is clean and air-conditioned from the basement to the top floor.”

“Great storage unit facility near our home. Unit was as described, and even had our lock ready to go on the unit door! We greatly appreciated the dollies & elevator available to us to move our items in.
I specifically want to thank Andre, who was super kind and patiently answered all of our questions. He was understanding when we needed a little help with the app/gate access code, and he even drove down to our building to show us where the load in area was and our unit hallway. He really went above and beyond and made our move-in very easy. Thank you, Andrew!!”
