“I highly recommend Big Boy Auto Repair Shop! They completely transformed my Toyota Corolla. The hood paint was severely faded and damaged from sun exposure, and now it looks like a brand new car from the dealer. The paint match came out perfect and the attention to detail was amazing. The entire car looks refreshed, clean, and professionally done. They were honest, professional, and communicated throughout the process. They even went the extra mile helping me connect with Enterprise to get picked up. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely be coming back for future work. Thank you again for making my car look incredible!”
“My jeep was sent to Collision Werks on State St., Hemet,CA, for repair to the front end. The quality of work is exceptional! My jeep looks newer than before the accident! The tow plate was replaced and looks amazing! Paul communicated on a regular basis and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you for restoring my jeep!”
“George and his guys are great. I've been using the Dodge dealership for 10 years now, they could care less about me and my truck. I was referred to A&S by my brother in law. I'm glad I went, George and his guys are awesome...they do care. Got my truck running perfectly. I live in Murrieta, it's a bit of a drive...but worth it. I will use A&S for good now. Thanks George!!”

“Ive only been to this store a handful of times, but they made a great impression each visit. Firstly, I was greeted by different associates, they gladly helped to test and charge my car battery and even checked my warranty when my battery was found to be bad. I could tell that this was a well run store with great supervisors and a professional culture. I will make this my go to auto store.”
“I went in to Oreilly around 6:30 pm on 7/10/25, the lady named Dalila helped me out and I was able to tell that she is knowledgeable about car parts, at first I was skeptical getting helped by her but she knows her parts and she has a really awesome attitude and good customer service, I had a good experience from her. Thank you again Dalila for your excellent service.”
“Bill provided such a wonderful experience. He was so kind and very helpful when he installed my battery. He was truly a lifesaver for me and even helped me during a heatwave. I will definitely give this place my business again. People like Bill deserve a pay raise. Thank you again so much!”
“Very nice people, willing to help over the phone. They were even looking for my part that I needed. Was not able to help me, but referred me to someone who could.”
“First visit here for an oil change. Being greeted and helped took a bit. But when they did, they were friendly and helpful. The tech that did the oil change was cool. Best of all, you can shop while you're waiting. Four stars here!”

“I have used ACRS exclusively for all of my family’s auto accidents in the past 21 years (not sure if they’ve been around that long, but that’s when I moved to town), with absolutely no complaints. John O’Bourke (the owner) is always friendly and bends over backwards for the customer. I haven’t needed his services in years (thankfully), until recently, needing to fix my Tundra’s top front grill. Something the local Toyota dealership said was going to cost almost $1,000, John said “You can buy it on Amazon, bring it back, and I’ll put it on for you.” That’s what we did, and after 30 minutes and $150 total (including the part), it’s looking like new. Needless to say, ACRS and John are the absolute best.”
