They had it towed, found a wire had come loose, buffed out my headlight and fixed my window for the price of the tow. WOW! Quite a different experience from the shop that installed the starter. “I have used ACRS exclusively for all of my family’s auto accidents in the past 21 years (not sure if they’ve been around that long, but that’s when I moved to town), with absolutely no complaints. John O’Bourke (the owner) is always friendly and bends over backwards for the customer. I haven’t needed his services in years (thankfully), until recently, needing to fix my Tundra’s top front grill. Something the local Toyota dealership said was going to cost almost $1,000, John said “You can buy it on Amazon, bring it back, and I’ll put it on for you.” That’s what we did, and after 30 minutes and $150 total (including the part), it’s looking like new. Needless to say, ACRS and John are the absolute best.”
