Ended up ordering stuff from their catalogue without seeing the furnitures in person as they didn’t have them in their showroom. The dining set and couch were delivered in less than a week. I instantly fell in love with the dining table and chairs, but wasn’t satisfied with the color and size of the couch, which was no fault at all by the store, and Pedro was so nice to let me return the couch and order a different one, which was just delivered today and I’m in love with it! “I really want to make a correction i Had bought a couple night stands and dressers .I had a problem with dresser he called me and made it right for me . He came out of his way to make me very happy with his customer service. They are making my dresser that the board was broke 100 percent to have it fixed . I have bought so many different furniture from them .I will always continue to purchase from them i have never ever had nothing wrong with anything i have bought from them . “I would like to preface this review by stating my first experience with this particular location was not great. But rent a center as a company has truly done well by me. I had finished my first agreement and then two more with the lovely folks at the Temecula store. Rose and Carlos put up with a lot from me in consideration of them not really having to grant me such amazing kindness. Well .. She is coming or perhaps is already at this location and despite only having one payment left on my laptop. I would absolutely go to her if I was in need of another item. I can't say enough good things about the hoops she jumped through during my 4 years of various rental items and overall I would happily endorse her and rent a center overall as a viable option for folks like me with very limited credit options. Besides a few aggressive and rather crass individuals who I encountered here and there ... They were very helpful and willing to work with me once I had established a good payment history. Rose was able to see each of her customers as individuals and if the payments are made and communications are consistent the few times I needed a few extra days or help with what I was needing to return... She was ready and willing to work with me. The fact is that if people are coming to a place like this it means they most likely don't have the best credit score. So I am sure that means many aren't exactly great at paying bills and this bill is probably not high on the priority list of a struggling family so I can only imagine how this job can wear down someone's patience and that as far as excuses go... I'm sure they have heard them all. Her ability to not let her experiences with those who aren't trying to ensure they pay their bills effect her ability to look at my history and payment record and have my back in order to keep my items in my home and eventually pay them off. My table and bed set are beautiful and all mine and I have never had such nice things until now. I am about to pay off my laptop and when it broke .. they had it repaired at no cost and returned to me as good as new. Offering me a replacement while it was in shop or no charge for the time they had it for repair. For all these reasons . I think that Rose is one of the assets at this company and is the reason I will consider returning to whatever store she is at if I need anything in the future. I will almost miss her sweet voice and calls helping to remind me to pay my dang bill. ?? Thanks to her and the company mostly. A few of her associates could learn a thing or two from both her and Carlos.”

“Westend is great! We needed to replace the cushions for our teak lounges by the pool. After some research online, I found Westend. The entire process of working with them was easy -- I sent some photos and the dimensions of the cushions to them and I made some fabric selections and asked for an estimate of cost and time. As I was a little uncertain how the colors on the computer would translate into real world fabrics, they kindly sent two swatches for the colors we were considering. We placed our order, made our deposit, and in about four weeks the cushions were ready. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the team could not have been kinder, and we are very happy with the results! We were so pleased, we even returned to them to make four lumbar pillows as well. Super pleased with the results and I highly recommend them if you are considering custom cushions and pillows.”
