7‑Eleven has a cleaner store and a better experience since new management taken over. The employees are friendly and helpful, full of smiles and a welcoming smile from a nice cashier. They keep stocked pretty well, but popular stuff sells quick with the high school across the street. The store honor prices and sales accurately as advertised by 711 and the merchants, and the slurpee machine is always working with cool flavors. Watch out for the new guy; if you are a POC who looks young, he may claim your ID is fake and mansplain needing ID for tobacco products after you have handed it and it is scanned. Bonus they always have a working slurpee machine.
