We stopped here to use the restroom after buying so many things, plus we got alcohol and he checked an expired ID. And he was so rude talking on his cellphone while we were waiting to get checked out

This location and may be all the other Ampm lcoations practice the same scam. They overcharged the tax assuming you do not pay attention. I bought a 79cents large soda and the tax is 14cents. It is way over the San Jose sales tax of 9.38%. Reporting to the tax agency. Check your receipt.
