Cardenas Markets is a store committed to providing authentic offerings and fresh products that celebrate Hispanic culture. It is very stocked with good quality fruits, vegetables, and meat. Many customers find everything at the best prices and consider it an excellent store.
However, some areas need improvement. The creamery section is made very small and can look messy, with sauces and guacamole that appear dry and not fresh. The ham is pre-cut very thick with dry edges. The takeaway food is very good, but a detail like peas in the rice has been noted. The grilled chicken can sometimes be dry, as if reheated.
A point of frustration is the cart availability, as customers often have to look for them in the parking lot. Additionally, there is a complaint about entry being prohibited shortly before the posted closing time, which causes inconvenience. The store also offers delivery for a convenient way to shop from home.
Doris is very friendly and helpful. She has a cute smile. Pedro is very helpful too. Great customer service 👏

Doris at Cardenas was amazing today! She handled my three orders quickly and efficiently, and she was super friendly. It was a pleasure to have her as my cashier. She just finished high school, and she's already doing such a great job!

Great customer service by Monica! Not only with me but with an elderly customer ahead me. Her patience and willingness to take her time and explain the prices was great to see!!!
