Drove 20 mins to go out of my way to go to this bank. Clearly communicated to Teller my needs, which was a single quick transaction. Teller did not process transaction as communicated. Low rating due to this.
Citibank is a losing a 34 year long customer. Max does not seem to know where he works, Citi, Citibank, Citicard. Either way they don't understand customer service. Seems someone uploaded my call with Max - As they told me this is a recorded call and will be monitored (now by many people).
