Vince was incredibly helpful! Took me in as a frantic walk in trying to get information on some jewelry to help lay my father to rest. just went to Falcone's to sell a collection of coins for my mom. Vince was quick to respond to an email and gave me a good sense of the value of the coins and then when I brought them in for him to see them, his offer went up. thorough, transparent and trustworthy. highly recommend.
