Great service! Even though there was only one mechanic working, they handled my tire replacement quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the hard work. Highly recommend!

In 2019 I had Kim's install some tires. They're directional, and they installed the front tires backwards. That's caused additional wear on the tires and damage to a ball joint and some belts. So, be sure to double check that they installed your tires the correct direction...

Walmart told me this puncture cannot be fixed and I must replace it. I went to 3 tire shops all with long lines and hours of waiting. At Kim’s tire outlet, I got immediate service and he fixed this puncture. He also sells used tires which is great for my pocket and for the environment.
