“I had a problem with my truck when one of the sensors on my tire went out. I happened to drive by a tire shop, and they were able to replace the sensor. It was reasonable to fix, and they did it within 30 minutes. Jason, the manager, was very helpful and nice. I’ll be back soon to fix the other sensor.”

I had a very unusual cold start engine problem on my 2001 Mercedes which I’ve owned since new (26 years). “We are so glad we found this place! While towing our 5th wheel our engine gave up the ghost. We called Jim at Leal's. He arranged to have our truck towed to the shop, and our 5th wheel taken to an RV Resort, where we stayed during the repairs. He verified that the engine was beyond repair and quoted prices for a rebuilt one. We knew the transmission was on its last leg so we added that to the scope of work. While going over the truck he found our brakes were toast too.
In a terrible stroke of bad luck, the new engine came with a bad injector. He sourced all new injectors and replaced them over the weekend (even though they were closed). After some testing we got our truck back and finished our journey. Right after we unhooked our 5th wheel, the new transmission started acting up. Jim arranged to have it picked up the next day.
Bad parts can come from the factory, it happens. What the shop does about it is what's important.

“I had an excellent experience at this auto shop. They replaced the battery in my Audi TT quickly and professionally.
I originally came in with a warning light after another shop had charged me but failed to fix the issue. Louis took the time to carefully inspect my car and found that a wire underneath had not been properly connected. He explained everything clearly and corrected the mistake.
I truly appreciate his honesty and that he performed the inspection free of charge. It gave me confidence that I was finally in good hands. Highly recommend this shop for professional and trustworthy service.”

“I was going through my 'Car Stuff' folder in my computer while searching for something and came across some un-filed stuff on a Cadillac I own and drive every day. I have the canceled check and invoice for the re-built transmission Puzant at Dale's Transmission did for me back in 2012. The transmission is still purring along perfectly over 9 years later and I calculated that comes to 89¢ per day and each day I drive the car, that goes down. Thanks for the good job Puzant. “Gearmaster is an amazing shop. Friendly, honest, and straightforward. I brought them a 2006 honda civic five speed with a noise coming from the transmission and engine oil leaking from the transmission case seal. They diagnosed the noise in a few hours as a bad input shaft bearing, and identified the oil source as a bad rear main crank seal (a shop that replaced the clutch 10 months earlier neglected to change it). The clutch was soiled, but still under warrantee from the previous shop so they shipped a new clutch kit to Gearmaster, and Gearmaster had the car road-ready in a few hours. Total work time 24h from drop off to drive off. They also replaced a leaky differential seal they found along the way. All that work for less than three thousand (other shops wanted six thousand). Can't go wrong with this place.”
“My trucks fuel pump died on the freeway, AM Auto was very helpful in getting me back on the road. They also helped me replace a few suspension components that were shot. They were honest in what needed replacement and very fair in pricing the labor to get me back in the road even though they could have upcharged me in a bind. “I used to live next block to MS Auto Service. I went to get my oil changed. It was year end holiday time. I asked the owner (name is Son) will they be working through the holidays. He said his employees need rest, they work hard. That says something good about the owner. Ever since then I goto this auto service shop. One time my car broke and was not able to drive it. I asked geico to tow it to MS auto service . Left the key inside the car. I contacted the owner via phone and let him know that the tow company will drop off the car at his shop. After the drop off, he communicated to me by phone about the repair and costs and fixed it in a day. Then I went and took my car. Very good service price. Reliable. Honest owner.”
