Metro by T-Mobile offers phone and tablet plans explained in a simple way. The store is large with lots of product, though parking is limited. The area can be concerning. Customer service is okay, with employees described as nice, polite, and effective, but also sometimes not friendly or knowledgeable. More staff and training would help. Service and selection of cell phones are not as good as T-Mobile. Some customers are super happy and satisfied, while others rate the experience poorly.
