“I opened a phone line with this telecommunications company last weekend. I had a great experience after using it. I can watch unlimited movies and make unlimited calls. Calling my friends in Canada is also free, as is calling Mexico. I can go to many places. There are hotspots, and what I like most is that I can store a large amount of my favorite photos and videos. The monthly fee is only 60 yuan, no tax, and I only need to pay $55 when I pay automatically with a credit card! Especially their sales and technical staff, they feel very professional! I highly recommend it to those who want to open a phone line and transfer it to a cooperative family!”

“I am writing this review to commend the outstanding customer relations provided by Miriam Ortega. I was completely surprised by her professionalism and ability to help me solve a complex problem I had been experiencing with my ATT account. I worked with so many people, so many departments, It became so convoluted I wrote to Corporate headquarters. Even though Ms. Ortega did not have a Manager at the store at the time she jumped right in to help me get my service restored. And also fixed the ongoing problem. She worked closely with someone online to get the job done. There was a compete mix up events relating to my account and our service was cut off even though we are elderly and dealing with Cancer. Kudos to Ms. Ortega for stepping in to take charge and provide great Customer care! She is a problem solver. Thanks ever so much Ms. Ortega, Veronica Romero”

2nd part
I continued having trouble getting my cellphone phone (found it) getting blocked due to ATT Lost-Stolen dept having it in its blocked dept. Moises S. helped me with getting it working properly.
Greeted me immediately, listened to my issue, asked pertinent questions, contacted proper Dept. helping me to finally get my cellphone working again.
No issues since.

“I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Saratoga, especially with Trevor. Earlier today, I switched from an eSIM to a physical SIM at the AT&T store on Story Road after recharging my prepaid plan. I was told the SIM would activate within an hour, but even after four to five hours, it still wasn’t working. I was very frustrated and didn’t have time to return to that store.
Later, I stopped at the Saratoga AT&T store and explained the issue to Trevor. He asked me to sit for just two minutes, checked my phone settings, brought out another physical SIM, and activated my phone immediately. He was quick, professional, friendly, and very helpful.
I’m extremely impressed and happy with his service. Thank you very much, Trevor! I truly appreciate your help.”

Asio was great at explaining what was going on (because I'm not tech savvy in the least). An hour later my phone was working! Definitely recommend this location!”
