“I called ahead of time to see if I can get an oil change, and they told me to come in. The gentlemen named Mario changed my oil, added more wind shield fluid, and pumped my tires. Everything was done in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and everyone was super helpful. I took down a star because of the location. It's located in busy Downtown SJ with lots of unusually interesting people wandering around. I felt a little unsafe to walk around, so I stayed and watched them work on my car.”
“Tien was great getting me in on a Sunday when I called.
Alfredo did the oil change on my car. When he was finished he came in and explained that the plastic cap from the oil pan from my previous oil change was not out on securely which was causing a small oil leak. He also did a battery check and advised to keep an eye on it due to the location of the battery it's really hard to get an accurate reading.
I'm really impressed by the customer service given.
I waited for my car and everyone that came in was treated with respect and friendly courteous service.”

“My husband Pedro took our Toyota Camry 2014 to Speedy Midas. He went there because he found leaking in the water pump but they showed him that the transmission gasket was leaking as well. They fixed all the issues(brake, tires, filters, etc) and now he is happy because he could feel immediately the difference when he drove the car. Very grateful for the service!”
“My mom comes to this location and she loves the service here so I went for an oil change yesterday at about 6pm and the service was 10/10. They did my oil change very quickly and they even cleaned my windshield and filled up my tire pressure. “It all started when I hit a pot hole, bent rim and need rims and tires. I got some OEM rims and some tires that fit. The team made me aware of the wireless tire gauges and the factory specific about my tire size. I came in with rims the tires where delivery, and they installed them, handles great and looks awesome thanks gentlemen.”

“I originally came here with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and had no problems getting an appointment for the next day. I was pleased with the ease and convenience. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes to get back on the road. So I returned for my next oil change and the same man was there, gave me another easy and affordable oil change with no issues. He doesn’t spit jargon and make you feel dumb to upsell. This guy is legit.
My friend told me he was paying twice as much for oil changes at a chain shop and was getting upsold on all kinds on unnecessary add ons. So I sent him to midway because it’s a no nonsense shop with the same guy each time who does fast, good work and doesn’t bs to charge more. My friend returned scratching his head as to why he’d been paying so much more for the same service and with no effort on customer service. Midway does it better and for less.”
