My tires were at the absolute brink of catastrophe and this team worked with ALL means necessary to get the sophisticated lock nuts off the car, replace 2 studs and get me new tires AFTER hours. They did a great job and honestly this is the service many companies and businesses should strive to have. It’s hard to find people who are this dedicated to a craft in this industry. The ford dealership would’ve charged$1,700 for the same service I had prepared at Big O at $670.”

“I needed a quick oil change on my 1985 Toyota Van... but I don't trust just any mechanic with this machine. Having recently moved into the area, I wasn't too optimistic that I'd find anyone like these guys while I was so crunched for time.

Pulled in on a Thursday morning around 8:30 and it wasn't too busy at all so that was a great start! All the techs turned to see this old machine and took me in right away! To my surprise, the entire team was not only familiar with the model but very appreciative of it! It was a pleasant surprise and fortunate find for me to find a team I can bring my valued vintage vehicle to, for routine maintenance!

They had hot coffee ready and the facility is simple and tidy. Friendly staff and with their online coupon, it's an unbeatable deal!”

“At first all was smooth, bought tires from Walmart online, tires were delivered to the store and I arrived for my appointment, everything going well.
Installation tech told me the tires had expired (over 5 years old, 2021 production date) and they could not install them due to company policy. The lady behind the counter Parul helped with the refund but two of the tires could not be processed so I was told to contact Walmart online. After nearly two hours of trying to get a hold of Walmart online customer service via mobile and phone and Parul helping me by calling in and speaking to Ai for 45 minutes and finally giving up we decided to end the call with Ai and said we weren’t satisfied which triggered a customer service live agent, they then transferred us to a live Walmart online agent.
We then found out that their system had a hiccup and that’s why the last two tires could not be refunded.

Parul was great, I’m glad she was there to help through this stressful moment.

I was late to work but glad it’s done. I received a refund instantly for one tire, still waiting for my refund for the other three… I hope this doesn’t turn in to another headache. They have the items already and return labels printed, I have return confirmations so I’m hoping I’m good… only thing is the account hasn’t shown a pending refund or return. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.”
