“I got my tires rotated and the person who helped me was so nice. He was very quick, efficient, skilled, and thoughtfully inflated my tires too. The cost was the same as getting it serviced at Costco Tire Center but theservice was far better quality. I didn't catch his name but my car drove more smoothly after he rotated the tires (the previous shop must have screwed up the rotation). Give him a good tip. This service is far better than anything you’ll fi d at Costco Tires Store.”
“This is my local mechanic. I am so grateful they are my neighbors because I can not afford to take my car to the dealership for repairs. The previous owner always did, though. These guys specialize in foreign vehicle repair. I also noticed a lot of Lexus, Toyota, and Honda's being service as well. Really great ownership. Very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend Hi Tech Automotive Works. Especially if spending dealership prices for repairs is a deal breaker. They got you covered. Ask for Kamran and tell him Jason sent you.”
“Moe is the man, honest, genuine, and professional. Couldn't ask for more when the his service is also priced reasonably! I went in for brake pads replacement and came out with the brake pads replaced with transparent process and price. Moe also went beyond to help me with my ECU errors and cleared all the 5 errors! Moreover, I went back and forth with my changing thoughts and Moe stayed patient with me the entire time! I do not want to go to other auto shop again unless it's something beyond his range of services!”
“Very friendly staff even though I came in at 15 min before closing. These guys checked and topped off all the fluids at no additional cost. I let Anthony know that Valvoline is fired! “I had trouble with starting the car and I came here to Preferred Auto. Fernando did the quick diagnostics and found the root cause, and replaced the battery, starter motor. During the diagnostics, he discovered the issue with rust in my break rotors and thinning pads and I went for the replacement. It was a great service and pleasant experience with Fernando. I would greatly recommend him for any auto repairs.”

“The mechanics there are very good. Happy is great mechanic, he knows what he is doing and taking about. He will explain everything and only do what is necessary and won't charge extra.
He checked out a used vehicle I purchased and told me everything about it. What needed repairs right away.
