I got a loan from this bank. I am very satisfied with their service. The banker Kat M did a great job. She was prompt in replies, knowledgable to answer any questions, and quick in co-ordinating and moving the application forward.

Juanita was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I got a check from sister and she helped me deposit it, because I wasn't really sure what was going on.
