I was looking car loan for financing, I met Kristen Reyes,she have been So supportive, with a great postive energy and expert on her job from the start of fill out my applications until getting approved and throughout the process of having free checking and saving accounts. Also she gave me more helpful resources and information as a result I can able to open free checking account which I never had an idea of the existence of free checking and saving accounts. The service in patelco is super fast service. “Wow! I work in Hayward California, and my branch is in San Jose. My card was considered fraudulent and canceled, a new card was sent to my branch. The branch was supposed to close at 5:00 on this Wednesday evening and I left early from work at 4:00 to try to get there before 5:00. Because traffic is getting more and more back to pre-pandemic levels, I was not going to make it before 5. Two very nice ladies were so gracious and kind enough to wait for me after hours in order for me to get my card so that I may activate it that night and make a very important purchase. I am so very grateful for these kind people that work here. Thank you guys very much you don't know how much you helped me today!”

Last Tuesday, I went into the Credit Union to do a wire transfer, and I was greeted by Quinnesha Powell. I need to give a shoutout to Quinnesha because she was accommodating, friendly, and patient. This was my first time doing a wire transfer, and I asked Quinnesha if she could triple-check the routing numbers, which she was more than happy to do. Quinnesha made the process very smooth and easy, and I can't thank her enough.”
