ProLago Car Wash is an average car wash establishment that provides decent hand-washing services, though the customer service experience can be hit-or-miss. Customers have reported varying levels of satisfaction, with some noting that the staff tends to do a better job when not tipped generously. The location can get busy, so it's recommended to visit on weekends or during off-peak hours to avoid long wait times. Despite the occasional issues, ProLago Car Wash offers a reasonable price point and a comfortable waiting area with snacks for customers. Overall, the car wash is worth trying, but the quality of service may depend on the specific day and time of the visit.

Awesome service, super quick car wash by hand. The truck looked amazing. One the best car washes I've been too, I was in and out, but my vehicle looked clean. I Paid for a basic car wash and it looked great, definitely will return to get it detailed. Highly recommend in San Jose area
