While the initial transaction went through smoothly, the car wash equipment malfunctioned, and the customer faced difficulties in getting the issue resolved. The customer appreciated the understanding and assistance provided by one staff member, Thieu, but had a less satisfactory interaction with another employee, Josie, who was unwilling to immediately resolve the problem. One of the employees keep saying they are closed and reject the customer with bad attitude so I suggest people keep away from it

DO NOT GET YOUR CARWASH HERE. The car wash will likely break down on you and you will be forced to get back into the long line with soap all over your car. That short and old boss lady in there will be of no help. Zero respect and professionalism when interacting with customers.
