“Great customer service. I went there twice this week- one for notary and another for passport photo.
I asked that my passport photo be reprinted due to a white mark on my face in one of the two printed photos, and the associate didn’t think twice. She also offered me a mirror before taking my photo which was very nice And thoughtful. I will definitely come back and recommend.”

“I have been using this UPS for 6+ years now. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly courteous, kind and knowledgeable.
The owner genuinely goes above and beyond to help customers—they bought card stock paper when they ran out of inventory and printed certificates for me. He even waited 20 minutes for me to count and get the school certificate prints sorted & also applied school discount.
Their service is fast, high-quality, and they make Amazon returns super easy to drop off.”

I must say that both gentlemen were excellent in the way they handled the pickup, the packing, the crating, and tracking the cross-country shipment to my home. Even the driver of the delivery truck was terrific and happily rolled the crate down my driveway to my garage. The shipment arrived without a blemish and the contents were in perfect condition. Every question was answered promptly, accurately, and politely.
I give C&F my highest recommendation to anyone needing to ship a valuable item. You can be assured they will handle all aspects of the process with utmost care..”

After shipping for a ridiculous price with usps and waiting months for the package to arrive I found Vietair Cargo. The website isn't the best and not everything is translated when translating with Google Chrome but the customer service is amazing. Well atleast from Kheng. Whomever I spoke to yesterday was a rude old lady that hung up on me and kept forwarding my phone calls to voicemail. Im glad I called back 8 times and finally got in touch with Kheng. He is saving this company from losing long term customers who don't want to be disrespected by other rude employees. Other than the lady who I wish I could name, this company has amazing customer service! Fast workers, fast responses, they will even call you!! Fast shipping and reasonable prices. Please improve upon the website. One example is when inputting box dimensions the words are not translated like the rest of the page. And there are a couple more things as well, such as finding your account number. It should be listed under account!

“ABC Cargo has been fantastic to work with. I ship packages to Vietnam on Tuesdays, and they always arrive within two weeks—often as quickly as 10 days. The pricing is affordable, and their packing is efficient. My only suggestion would be to use more foam or additional packing materials, as the boxes can sometimes get compressed, and a few items have been prone to breaking. They are also happy to accommodate gift wrapping, like for Christmas, but I recommend taking a photo of your items before wrapping to show them what’s inside. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service.”
