“Had an appointment set for fingerprinting and pictures at 10:10 AM, which is right after they open at 10 am. Came in on day of appointment and was greeted by a nice lady. She got my appointment ID verified my information with me and promptly took my photos and fingerprints all within 10 minutes. It was so fast and efficient. I see they also take care of postal and shipping needs too. I would definitely recommend.

“This quaint little place is so close by. Returns are so eazy and owner is super nice. Fed Ex drop off to your left when you walk in and UPS on the right. They even take your USPS packages. If you need live scan or anything notarized, they are the place to help you with that. Decent pricing for your pockets. Of course it is always best to prepackage your own items beforehand. When I needed something to arrive quick, I'd ask for the least expensive shipping cost.”

“I told my gf that as long as I can have access to Amazon while living in Vietnam then I will have it made!! After shipping for a ridiculous price with usps and waiting months for the package to arrive I found Vietair Cargo. The website isn't the best and not everything is translated when translating with Google Chrome but the customer service is amazing. Well atleast from Kheng. Whomever I spoke to yesterday was a rude old lady that hung up on me and kept forwarding my phone calls to voicemail. Im glad I called back 8 times and finally got in touch with Kheng. He is saving this company from losing long term customers who don't want to be disrespected by other rude employees. Other than the lady who I wish I could name, this company has amazing customer service! Fast workers, fast responses, they will even call you!! Fast shipping and reasonable prices. Please improve upon the website. One example is when inputting box dimensions the words are not translated like the rest of the page. And there are a couple more things as well, such as finding your account number. It should be listed under account!

“Great Service and Genuine Care at Staples on Bernal
I know a lot of people have issues with big companies like Amazon or chain stores, but I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the real human care I saw at this Staples location. I was here printing out a paper for a friend who needed it for a CNA program, and while waiting, I noticed an elderly lady who clearly didn’t know how to use the computer. One of the workers actually stopped what he was doing, took his time, and gently helped her out—not by invading her privacy or doing too much, but just enough to guide her and make sure she was able to do what she came in for. That kind of service is phenomenal and honestly rare to see.
There is one worker who seemed a little timid, but hey—that’s just personality, and it didn’t affect the quality of service. Overall, great area, helpful staff, and a good spot if you need printing or tech help.”
“Not to be confused with Southtest, which is the test of all southern folks to stop voting Republican when they realize how racist it is. I have not used Southwest Airlines outside Cali in at least 2 years, but for travel within Cali, I've been on these on a number of occasions, and over the course of my life, probably more than every other airline put together, largely because of great prices and "bags flying free" as long as you don't have masses of them. So having flown out of San Jose only once, and Sacramento only twice (once to San Jose), I would say that it's a lot better at both SAC and SJO on Southwest than flying out of SFO and LAX. It seems like the more low-key and relaxed at the airport and I appreciated that. Using Southwest from Sacramento wasn't much of a problem. I have never been the biggest fan of Sacramento, but it's not a bad City and maybe the lack of hustle and bustle flying out of here on Southwest - which is usually my Airline of choice - is a much more gentle experience.”
