There are a few of them that I see regularly, Huyen is one of them - she is always welcoming and greets all of her customers with a smile. Although the store can get busy at times, the wait is never too long. Will continue to come here for all shipping needs ?”

“This quaint little place is so close by. Returns are so eazy and owner is super nice. Fed Ex drop off to your left when you walk in and UPS on the right. They even take your USPS packages. If you need live scan or anything notarized, they are the place to help you with that. Decent pricing for your pockets. Of course it is always best to prepackage your own items beforehand. When I needed something to arrive quick, I'd ask for the least expensive shipping cost.”

“A hidden gem in Willow Glen for any, and all of your shipping needs. This place does a few things that it seems like no one else does.1) they ship, FedEx, and UPS, and DHL; 2) they actually scan the product in and give you a receipt rather than just telling you to stick it on the floor in the corner like some places do; and 3) it is service with a smile and super helpful staff, which is also rare in my experience in the shipping business. I would encourage anyone in Willow Glen with shipping needs to use them.”

“I needed to ship an antique coffee table to Chicago on semi-short notice and while I originally considered UPS I decided freight shipping would be more secure. I found Craters and Freighters because they were the most local to me and thank goodness. The entire process was quick and completely problem free. I worked with Will to set up a pick up time. The men showed up promptly and packed up the coffee table securely and took it away.Once I got to Chicago, I got a call to set up the delivery appointment. I paid extra for “white glove service” where the men placed the table where I wanted and they unpacked it and took away all the packing material. The entire process took just under a week.Will and all the men were professional and great to work with. Honestly, I paid a premium for the whole experience but if you want something done right, you have to pay for it. No problem spending the money for excellent service. So, if you got to ship valuable or priceless stuff securely and quickly, Will and the crew at Craters and Freighters are perfect for the job.”

Had to ship a bulky item and a couple of others things I didn't have a box for so brought it to them in to see if they could pack them for me. Yup they could! And they had a used box available so they didn't charge me for that. I got the tracking number and could see it went out that afternoon, was delayed along the way due to weather - but just got confirmation everything arrived in great shape. “Not to be confused with Southtest, which is the test of all southern folks to stop voting Republican when they realize how racist it is. I have not used Southwest Airlines outside Cali in at least 2 years, but for travel within Cali, I've been on these on a number of occasions, and over the course of my life, probably more than every other airline put together, largely because of great prices and "bags flying free" as long as you don't have masses of them. So having flown out of San Jose only once, and Sacramento only twice (once to San Jose), I would say that it's a lot better at both SAC and SJO on Southwest than flying out of SFO and LAX. It seems like the more low-key and relaxed at the airport and I appreciated that. Using Southwest from Sacramento wasn't much of a problem. I have never been the biggest fan of Sacramento, but it's not a bad City and maybe the lack of hustle and bustle flying out of here on Southwest - which is usually my Airline of choice - is a much more gentle experience.”
