Romeo is very helpful and accommodating, shop here only at oak ridge mall for your Swarovski needs and wants, don't go to valley fair store (no customer service at that location)

Rachel had great customer service and helped me score some beautiful bracelets for our Christmas in July party. I was so glad she was working that day because I was on a tight schedule in need of gifts for my nieces and nephew. I ended up buying something for myself, my mom and my sister. Lol
