Thinking I would be leaving it there for a while, they immediately fixed it and it was back on my finger a few minutes later. So friendly, so knowledgeable. All around great place 👍🏼”

After trying to self-help and practically destroying the clasp, I came in with my mangled watch clasp and new strap and despite the challenge I made for him, he was able to help me get it on the new strap! “I stopped by Tic Toc because I wanted to get a few of my older battery‑operated watches running again so I could pass them down to my son. I’ve been wearing Citizen Eco‑Drive watches for years, so these pieces had been sitting untouched for a long time.
The older gentleman at Tic Toc handled the battery replacements quickly. He checked the seals, made sure the movements were still healthy, and got everything running without trying to upsell me. The prices were reasonable for the work, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected.

I had an antique gold ring that I wanted re-made. As a collector and former wholesaler I know quite a bit about gold jewelry. I contacted several manufacturing jewelers and was appalled by the lack of knowledge and absurd price quotes. No sure if this was due to inexperience or intentionally trying to mislead me..I had just about given up on finding any place local. Thankfully I gave it one more try and called Gold Star..and am I glad that I did!! I highly recommend them as THE BEST!!”

“Why is a pawn shop all the sudden my new favorite place to shop at. Seriously, what was supposed to be a place that i just walked into to get my ring evaluated, turned into a place that I bought myself a new Laptop and a super cute Balenciaga Bag!! I know what your thinking, and No Im not ballin like that, seriously. Nick, a member of the stores team, gave me a suuuuper awesome deal AND on top of that, let me make payments so that getting these items was as easy as paying my phone bill. Pretty much all the staff there are super friendly and welcoming, but Nick is the one that Id definitely recommend to anyone looking to have quality customer service that makes you feel like you have your very own personal dealer whos not looking to pull a fast one on you, but to help educate you on the pawn trade and to make sure you feel confident in any business you do with that company.
