Taylor Arco Automotive Repair is a trusted and friendly local business that offers a range of automotive services. Customers appreciate their quick, efficient, and honest work. The shop is known for its excellent customer service, with staff who are friendly, informative, and accommodating. They handle various issues, from flat tires to engine problems, with fair pricing. For example, they repaired a bent rim using heavy hammering and charged a reasonable fee, and they diagnosed and replaced a wrong-sized battery in a truck, completing the work within a few hours. The team also performs routine maintenance, such as oil changes and inspections, ensuring vehicles are running smoothly, even after long road trips. They go beyond basic repairs by cleaning headlights and radiators, and they are willing to take extra steps, like fixing small dents without additional charge. Customers have praised their ability to diagnose issues accurately, like identifying a failing starter battery that others overlooked, and fixing complex problems efficiently. Many mention their loyalty to the shop, especially after experiencing trustworthy service in the neighborhood. The shop is conveniently located near Japantown, making it easy for customers to wait comfortably while grabbing food or drinks. Overall, Taylor Arco Automotive Repair is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable, honest, and friendly automotive care. Although the original owner has closed the previous location, the current team continues to provide quality service to their community.
