Walmart Neighborhood Market is a well-maintained, nice, and clean neighborhood grocery store. It is a great and convenient local shop with a wide selection of items, helping customers save money. Shoppers can find almost anything they need quickly, including a good selection of ethnic items, especially Asian items, and many organic options. The store is small but fully stocked with the right mix of items and low prices. However, the store can sometimes seem short-staffed and not well managed. Customers often find only one or two cashier lanes open. Getting help for returns, online order pickups, or accessing locked cabinets frequently requires a wait of 10 to 30 minutes, as assistance can be slow to arrive. The self-checkout lanes, while available, often have long waits because the process can be slow and not very helpful, with many questions. Some customers take a long time, making the process longer than necessary. Additionally, the store does not offer tap to pay, which can be a challenge. It is noted that the store is often very cold inside. Overall, it is a good grocery store if you are not in a hurry, especially during busy hours.
Well stocked with various staples, fresh produce, manager's specials and nice looking bouquets. The staff seemed happy and all self-service lines were open.
