“Great people, they dont have a lot of stuff on the floor while you are shopping, which helps with getting in and out fast. The problem lately is inventory.
4 stars because there is a guy there with a deep voice, who's very rude. I usually bring my cart all the way back regardless of where I parked, one day I walked all the way back from.where i parked which was pretty far, andrhis guy literally grabbed the car out of my hands and didn't even say thank you! When he is on register, same thing he is just ao rude. Idk why he is still there! But besides him great people there!”

Friday afternoon I rode my scooter to your facility to get a main breaker for my house,after buying the breaker my scooter would not start, your staff jump started my scooter, made it back home to make the repairs. “Please don't compare this store to Costco. There is no comparison. It is a different business model that does NOT require a purchased membership in order to have access to bulk items. It is very convenient and nice to have the ability to get bigger items without having to worry about that.
Secondly, the prices are GOING to be higher as again-They do not charge you monthly just to access the products they sell. While Costco does. Ultimately you ARE paying more attention Costco.

I'll just say it like this , if you go to the mall and shop for these items you'll end up paying at least 4 times more on the product but this store is so great on the cost and quality it's a wholesale store so they have variety of everything cosmetics, jewelry,lashes,clothes,tiaras,toys,party supplies face covering mask and super great customer service there and ready to help I recommend coming here first get more for your money ?”
“Great location, but definitely needs updating!! There are only 3 self check out stands, with no scanning gun so you have to take everything out. This wastes time because things are heavy and the employee constantly has to come over.”

“I have shopped at costco for years and visited many locations. This brand is always my most favorite one whenever I want to purchase groceries or household items and more. Prices are so much more affordable here. Try to plan to buy your items when they're on sale so that you can get the best price possible. Their return service is one of the best available; Especially when you need to shop for big items such as a mattress or couch, you dont have to worry about what if it's not the right one for you and deal with the return by yourself - they take care of it professionally. Not to mention that all the stores are always clean and spacious. When I am not so busy, I love to go around the store to find something new or interesting to try. More asian products have been added such as fish sauce and dried guava and many more.”
“I'm a South Bay homeowner went to Rubenstein looking for gold finish shower setup (like Hansgrohe level cost). Here's the true story experience. Salesperson told me "no gold finish in stock for ANY brand, you'll need to wait 3+ weeks to get gold finish items, but we do have this Hansgrohe Raindance whole-shower set available in stock ONLY in Brushed Bronze for $1200." But what they don't tell you is it is only THEIR warehouse that takes 3+ weeks to ship out any brand fixture in gold finish but many online plumbing etailers (build dot com and etc.) can ship the exact same gold finish plumbing item to your door in 2-3 days, and Rubenstein sales obviously did not tell me that Costco has the same Hansgrohe Raindance in brushed gold optic on sale for only $600 and it ships immediately. But credit to Rubenstein sales person who did give good advice in recommending the Hansgrohe shower system as we did buy it from Costco and it is a great shower fixture system.
Now I do recommend Rubenstein for very wealthy homeowners renovating very expensive homes - who have money to burn - and don't mind if their interior designers have to wait 3+ weeks to get all high end plumbing fixtures - which Rubenstein can help ensure are all custom matched to have all the same exact color finishes to match finishes of other features in wealthy customer's bathroom.”

“For my internship we had about 125 cases delivered to the market, over the course of a week or so. The guys here were always super helpful in loading our cars up (basically two girls, two tiny cars, and over a 1,000 bottles of vodka to transport - so the extra hands were useful).”
“I went for the first time and was impressed with the customer service. As I walked in the cashier noticed I was a newbie and directed me to the membership area. Then, as I was attempting to load some heavy products a floor attendance came and offered to put my products on a pallet. I paid and they loaded everything in my car.
