“I had a really positive experience at this Costco Pharmacy and wanted to take a moment to recognize their amazing staff.

Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Jerry and Elena, who helped me with a vaccine pricing issue. They were very transparent about the higher cost for non-members, gave me time to think through my options, and patiently helped me apply coupons one by one (shout out for Jerry!) . I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood everything clearly.

I also want to thank a young Korean staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). When she administered vaccines to my parents, she kindly spoke a bit of Chinese—with a Korean accent—to help them feel more comfortable since they don’t speak English well. That small gesture meant a lot to our family and really showed her compassion.

I had seen some negative reviews about long wait times, but after this experience, I can honestly say the staff are working very hard and doing their best to handle a busy environment with care and accuracy. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication.
