“After getting several quotes from different places with prices that felt outrageous, I came to Fix it Auto in Lake Forest and immediately felt the difference. One of the owners (Travis) was very personable and a straight shooter, no BS about what actually needed to be done. The quote wasn't suspiciously cheap, but it was fair, reasonable and felt appropriate for the repair. He was honest and upfront. The turn around time was fast. Drop off in the morning and ready by end of day!
The front desk staff was friendly, and the rest of the team was just as nice. The environment felt comfortable and professional, not like a place trying to make a quick buck. It's refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and quality work, which is hard to come by these days. I will definitely be coming back and referring others. Great work, fair pricing, and an owner who genuinely cares.

“It is a small place but a good location. My Honda was a bit difficult to get the windshield recalibrated, but they have experienced workers there and were able to get it working great and it looks perfect! Even took off the old transponders and reapplied them to new windshield!!”
“After a bad stroke of luck, I had a chip in my window on my wife's Lexus. Scott responded after being recommended by a friendly company. He came out, fixed the crack in a time efficient manner, was incredibly friendly, and affordable.
Fast forward a month later, another spate of bad luck and my BMW has a rock chip from the same part of the 5 - really bad luck. The good news this time is I knew exactly who to call. Scott came out and repeated the same process being efficient, friendly, and cost effective.
The repairs on both cars isn't noticeable and I trust his work. Thanks for easing the pain from such bad luck. I hope to never see you again but I know if we do, I'm in good hands.”

They don't provide that service, they only do repairs and are completely candid with you about what to expect and why. Instead of telling you what you wanna hear, they tell you what you need to know. Oh and they cost nearly half what the company on the TV with the catchy song charges. “Truck washed and gas fill up every two weeks. COSTCO prices for gas. Waxed every three months. They a normally do a good job. Only issue I’ve had is sometimes they don’t clean the inside of the windshield very well. But if you tell them, they correct it immediately. Always friendly and courteous. Also, great coffee.”
