I want to give a special shout-out to Kami, who went above and beyond during a very uncomfortable situation. While I was shopping a couple months ago, another customer began behaving in a way that made me feel unsafe. Kami immediately noticed, stayed close, intervened when necessary, and made sure I felt safe and supported afterward. Her compassion and quick action meant, and still means, so much to me and I can’t thank her enough.

“The staff is out on the floor right away to greet their curio ! The quality of their food seems good! So is the variety of products to choose from! Someone gave me a bag of a dry food my fussy dog seemed to love and take to right away! Pet Warehoude is the only store in our area that Carrie’s it! My little chihuahua is very fussy and not an enthusiastic eater so when I’ve find something she likes I get it! Shes on a special diet now to rule out and pinpoint why she’s doing this! However she’s now with a specialist and I am determined to to see her through this! At twelve years old and four pounds skipping her meals isn’t an option! I love her so much! ?⭕️???❤️??❣️????????”

“Jac was amazing—super friendly and incredibly helpful. I had forgotten my leash at home, and this happened to be the closest store to where I wanted to start my adventuring around town. It ended up being well worth the stop.
Jac helped me find the right size harness, adjusted it for the perfect fit, and even looked through some newly arrived inventory to find a different color. I wasn’t really looking to buy something new, but it felt like an emergency. She reassured me by suggesting I keep the new set in my car as a backup in case it happens again, which made the purchase feel practical rather than wasteful.
She also offered my dog some treats, and we had a really pleasant conversation. There are about five or six free parking spots on the lot as well. Overall, a great experience!”

Before Sadie was on this food she had skin allergies with a vet putting her on meds.
She no longer needs medication and this fresh dog food has helped us tremendously.

“We started our 11 year old bernese mtn dog on this food about 6 months ago and WOW I think she has aged backwords. Her coat went from dry and thinning to soft and fluffy. My guess it is the liver treats. She LOVES them. Great company with quality food!!!”

“Bow WOW Beautiful and her entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, not only re grooming, but dog and cat behavior. They treat each animal special and listen to their customers. What's so nice is that the owner works with dog trainers and rescues to help rescue dogs. They do an amazing on the dogs. I took my friends 150lb St. Bernard (this is NOT an easy dog to groom h he came back so beautiful and happy! He's also happy when he's dropped off. That's a great indicator on how comfortable a dog is at a facility (cats are s
o different, and really run their own show ?).
I highly recommend Bow WOW Beautiful and even driving out of your, its so worth it!!”
“Absolutely amazing reptile store. They have a lot of bearded dragons. They have a lot of things. Lighting, heating, etc. I came here to set up for a corn snake. Idk if that old guy was the owner, or what, but he was top -tier. Even carried my purchases to my car for me. The reptiles here are very well taken care of - I especially enjoyed the uromastyx pair. He also has carpet pythons and a lot of very cute tortoises.”

“Golden doodle grooming was great. Doodle owners know that finding a good groomer is difficult, we thought we'd give petsmart a go not expecting much as they are 50% cheaper than other groomers in the area but they did a great job! Most doodle groomers are lazy and will shave to the skin well our dog went in pretty shaggy and they did a great job on the trim. Thanks John!”

“This Pets Plus location beats the San Juan location hands down. ever since Tom left the San Juan location things have been going downhill. I shop Ralphs San Clemente twice a week and stopped in Pets Plus for a tennis ball for my newly adopted rescue dog. I was mentioning that my rescue dog had skin issues the young man named Grayson helped me immensely! Grayson suggested many products for the skin ailments, comparing and contrasting each product in detail. He also helped me with the comfort is the tennis ball because I needed somethings soft. My rescue dog feels better with the probiotic skin spray. Need help? Just ask for Grayson and you will most likely leave the store more knowledgeable than when you walked in.”
