As someone with over 20+ years of corporate customer service, Sergio provided me with excellent customer service and left there happy with my experience. Kudos Sergio!!”
“Ferguson Plumbing is a very well stocked outlet for DIY'ers and businesses. If they don't have your item in stock, it usually can be available the next day.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a handicapped entrance at the main door. There is a large parking lot. Due to the location, parking can be pretty full. But, there are quite a number of handicapped parking spots that were all available when I was there around 11AM on a week day.”
“This is one of the finest store in refrigeration parts industry. Because of lack of the same stores around they have a lot of customers. Unfortunately sometimes they have only one person on front who floor to do everything - sale the items, answer the phone calls and other things which is seems to be too much for 1 guy. Good thing is - he is trying to be professional and even more than that. I would like them to use more people on the counter.”
