Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a handicapped entrance at the main door. There is a large parking lot. Due to the location, parking can be pretty full. But, there are quite a number of handicapped parking spots that were all available when I was there around 11AM on a week day.”
“This is one of the finest store in refrigeration parts industry. Because of lack of the same stores around they have a lot of customers. Unfortunately sometimes they have only one person on front who floor to do everything - sale the items, answer the phone calls and other things which is seems to be too much for 1 guy. Good thing is - he is trying to be professional and even more than that. I would like them to use more people on the counter.”

“Just moved to San Leandro and bought a used Bosch 800 series dishwasher here. It was mint and looked like it had never been used. They were super nice here and I couldn't be happier with the dishwasher.”
