“Great service from friendly, helpful, quick staff. I had odd sized fasteners and Mark quickly figured out I had UK nuts and bolts. I decided I wanted to replace it all with US imperial sizes and they had everything I needed in stock. I was out of there in 10 minutes with my items all sorted and bagged. The office staff was great also. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Will always return to them when I need nuts and bolts.”

“Pg&e reported that power was going to be off from 8am to 5 pm today (02 15 24) ... I went to start my generator around 8 am and it was not not running right at all, I took it to HK engine and they had it back to me repaired in 90 minutes to 2 hours top! They gave me priority because they knew the power was out at my house... Fantastic business!!!”

“I’ve sopped this store for years, and will continue to do so. Yes, the place is super cramped, but that’s because it’s packed “to the gills” with just about anything you might need to do any repairs around your house.
I’m genuinely confused about the negative customer service comments…. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience and the employees can generally find what I need even when I couldn’t articulate the exact item, only what I was trying to accomplish (bringing the “old” part your replacing helps them figure it out btw). Maybe those were one-off “bad moment” type things - but regardless of whether it the older or younger generation of the family working that day, or the hired help - I’ve always been able to get what I need with friendly assistance.”

“Staff was very friendly and prompt with response and action. I work for Waste Management, and we order our Asbestos bags and labels from them, and they are very attentive and helpful with orders. My order also arrived way faster than expected which was an added bonus. I highly recommend them and their great team!”
“Ferguson Plumbing is a very well stocked outlet for DIY'ers and businesses. If they don't have your item in stock, it usually can be available the next day.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a handicapped entrance at the main door. There is a large parking lot. Due to the location, parking can be pretty full. But, there are quite a number of handicapped parking spots that were all available when I was there around 11AM on a week day.”

“Today on 11-13 I called and received the information needed from a very helpful person. With that information I headed to your business and Marcmoreno helped me with my issues. We are 95 and 89 and told him our large freezer went out with all our food and how can he help us. With such kindness, thoughtfulness he assisted us and we want to thank him so very much. Arrived home and did all he suggested we now have our food safe and awaiting the arrival of a new freezer. Huge Thanks again to your fantastic crew.”
