“This stop was unexpected. While in route to take care of my one errand a indicator light came on and I somehow didn't have my manual in my glove compartment so I took to YouTube. Found out I needed to check my coolant. Found the nearest auto place to me to avoid any damage due to prolonged driving. The staff were helpful and friendly. As I was purchasing the coolant they advised me to wait at least thirty minutes as a safety measure for the car to cook down and the coolant not explode from the combustion. A nearby Pupusas restaurant was recommended. How timely considering I hadn't eaten. I seem to be notorious for leaving the house on an empty stomach or having very little before leaving home. Anyhoo, Josiah an associate walked me to the Pupusa which was very close but I wasn't too familiar with the area. I ate, returned to the store and Josiah put the coolant in for me. Then I was off to make another stop before heading home. Thank you for taking exceptional care of me O'Reilly.”

“I had a very stressful morning , my grandfathers tire popped , and he gave me a $100 bill to go buy him a tire patch , and when I get inside the store a great employee helped me find the tire patches , and when it was time to pay I only had my $100 my grandpa gave me and no card , and the employee by the name of Kylie went out of her way and payed for my item because they had no change ! she payed it out of her own debit card , she was very kind and very helpful . people like her should never go unnoticed she definitely deserves a raise , she is a great person and I will never forget this experience .”

As a general rule, I find the staff to be helpful -- they are not always perfect, but O'Reilly does seem to hire people who know the difference between the water pump and the alternator on a car. And they seem to train them. And this O'Reilly location meets that expectation.”

“The the hiring manager events don't want to hire nobody but Mexicans and only men he takes 8 Hour breaks he's never at the job I try to get a job he told the African-American manager no females I do believe the store manager is Barbara for the whole County she needs to be made available to talk to somebody about Vince unsafe hiring practices. He fired a female for having menstrual cramps. I am a man and don't understand why this mexican man will not hire nothing but mexican or Hispanic men. I needed a job but now I need a lawsuit. For unfair employment act. I have months and months going to purchase a car part and even help people put parts on their cars for nothing. Vince is the problem. Not the AFRICAN American man who says yheirs 2 positions one for a frmale and the other for a male”
