“Look here folks I’m from Alabama been working closely to here for couple months now. Had 4 bad tires so I popped in on them 30 minutes before quitting time and with no questions he slapped 4 new tires on my car and I was driving off in less than 30 minutes. Now let me tell you how nice these people are. I tried to tip him $50 dollars but he would only take $20. The work was outstanding and if you don’t get your tires rims oil changed or front end alignment from them your missing out. You see here’s the deal Walmart don’t have 💩on this shop. Matter fact I’m going back tomorrow to get my front end aligned. Try them out and if you’re not satisfied I’ll pay for what they did! But you better have some really good proof because I’ve seen what there capable of. And you can take that to the bank!”

“I had an unfortunate blowout on the freeway and needed a new tire. I hobbled into Wheel Works and was helped quickly. The two employees there were very knowledgeable and friendly. They looked up a tire that would work for my car but it turned out my rim was damaged and the tire wouldn't fit properly. They referred me to my car's dealer to find a new rim. Although I couldn't get what I needed at Wheel Works, they were honest and told me what I needed to do to get a new wheel and tire. They were professional the whole time. I was disappointed I couldn't give them my business because of the wheel damage. I hope to patronize them in the future though.”

“Woke up this morning to a flat tire—ugh! I managed to drive a short distance to put some air in the tire, only to discover it had a nail in it. With a million errands to run, the thought of sitting at a tire shop for hours was disheartening. After calling a few corporate tire shops nearby, I came across a small, local shop. The young guy who answered the phone was super nice and said they weren’t too busy and could take care of me right away. And that’s exactly what they did! I pulled in, was greeted by an older man who immediately started working on my tire, and I was out of there in about 15-20 minutes—at a fraction of the price those corporate places quoted me! I highly recommend this shop and encourage supporting small businesses. They’re courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be back!"”

“I had a GREAT experience with JDS Car Depot! I had a set of RGB VLAND Headlights installed. It's not an easy job on my Challenger. Basically, the whole front bumper assembly needs to come off, along with the inner fender wells. They did a great job and kept me up to date with how it was going. “Excellent service today at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company! I stopped in after work instead of waiting until Saturday and was happy there was no line. A technician immediately checked my tire and put air in it. I mentioned there was a nail, and at first it looked like it might not be repairable. After speaking with the manager and having them take another look, they confirmed the tire was repairable and fixed it for me quickly. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Had my car towed to them and they accepted the car, made sure everything was good with car and started working on it before I got there… talk about great service! Service was excellent from the phone call to find out if they swap coils from old struts to new ones, THEY DO, and it was almost closing time and he happily told me to come down, instantly got to work, and forewarned me of possible problems, like the strut mount being reused. “I had to replace a tire on my 2025 Mercedes Benz which apparently required a specific Run Flat Tire that was extremely difficult to find. I had previously called numerous local tire shops and each one unfortunately, didn’t carry the tire I needed at all, or had to special order the tire which required a wait time ranging from a week up to almost a month.

I work A Lot and I barely have any days off. I called Wheel Works in San Lorenzo located at 15604 Hesperian Blvd and spoke to Brendan, the Store Manager over the phone. Brendan provided me great news by telling me he could order the exact tire I needed over night and I could bring my car in the next day and have the issue resolved. I think Brendan could sense I was somewhat stressed about being under time restraints because he paused for a few seconds over the phone, and then told me I could bring my car in right away! Brendan then told me he would work things out with his Team and resolve the issue.

I swear, it was like music to my ears when I heard Brendan tell me he’d take care of everything that same day!

I brought my car in and handed my key over to Brendan with the biggest smile on my face. Brendan told me one of his guys was already on his way picking up my Brand New Run Flat Tire from the warehouse. Words can NOT describe how elated I was to know I was finally getting this issue resolved in such a timely manner without having to call off from my job.

Brendan and Bryan Hernandez and the rest of the Crew at the San Lorenzo Wheel Works are Seriously Life Savers!! I don’t know what could have happened if I continued to drive on that tire considering the condition it was in. Thank you for adjusting your busy work schedule and squeezing me into your line up.

I am grateful that I can now drive safely on the roadways knowing the issue is resolved!!

“Miguel was kind and accommodating, unfortunately my service took a bit over 4 hours to change and align my tires. I did have a 8am appointment and arrived on time. The location is short staffed. I think corporate needs to make the neccessary changes to allow employees to be paid well and that should bring in a full team.”
