This time, there was a minor distortion in the windshield that I noticed a few days after install, and Jeff was great at getting a replacement installed within 2 days. I offered to pay for the labor on the replacement, but he wouldn't hear of it.”

“I got a chip in my windshield, and I tried filling it in myself with some glue I bought on Amazon.
Luckily, I didn’t mess up too badly, but I was nervous because every shop I called said they wouldn’t touch it because of the DIY attempt, and I am glad I decided to stop in while driving by Lynx and show the guys there.
He explained the pros and cons of DyI to me. And how I possibly avoided a significant expense by coming in.
Long story short- they had me in and out in no time at a great price as well.

When it was time to pick my car up, it was a Friday and I’d already returned my rental and I was going to arrive right at closing to pick up my finished. Denali. I called ahead and Rob waited for me past their closing time to make sure I could retrieve my car and I have to wait until Monday with no vehicle.
