“These folks are so nice and they took great care of my car. I needed the hood repainted and they gave me a quote and explained what went into the pricing. They made sure they had the right paint (apparently cars made in different factories can have different paint variations even if it's all a silver 2014 rav4!? Who knew). They were done when they said they would be, and they even did a headlight treatment and glaze on the rest of my car. It looks way way better than when I dropped it off, I was like...wait are you guys sure this is the same car? Highly recommended. I live within a 15 minute walk but I'd drive from most anywhere in the Bay Area to take my car here. Such nice folks, they've been in business a long time and are a credit to San Leandro.”

“Unfortunately, I got hit and run. However, Im glad my insurance company works with crash champions as the body shop where I can take my vehicle for repairs, and my experience with them was amazing. I got an appointment with them the same day after I filed my claim, Dianne at the front desk was amazing. Jesse kept me updated throughout the repairs and never missed a beat. “I took in my car, a 1970 cutlass supreme to Popeyes auto collision it was February 17. I had a work order from Hagerty. The work order pacifically said the 2/4 panels the roof and the right door when I was inside the office making a deal I came out and they start working on the hood that was not in the work order, I told Ernesto he's the owner of Popeyes auto collision. He told me he was gonna do the whole car and made like a fool. I believe them he told me that he was gonna cut off all Russ and replace the metal. I found two more red spots on the roof so he was forced to do that too. Yes, what did they ever did? If you ever see my car it was beautiful bye looks like I don't know what the fuck you're so funny the funny story for them. 20 years statutory rape Evan bars check my ID OK what do you want? How much do you want different from the others for 15 minutes, actually I'm feeling much better to do this weekend. She doesn't want your massage on February 22 they stop sanding my car they started using aircraft paint remover the funny god the car down to the metal and they did cut off the rust off the 2/4 panels but they use metal off of other cars they done already and remember the rust spots on the roof so right before they paint it, they cover it up with Bondo I complain about it, and nothing was ever done they did try to face around the back window but they did a bad job at it so I completed again so I like the last time nothing ever happened so what they did they painted the car and remember the aircraft remover they never did took it out properly, so when he painted the car, it all bubbled up, they was trying to repair it, but it was contaminated with aircraft paint remover. What is the body and fender man that was working on my car the one who painted I never knew that he was qualified to be a painter. He did the bodywork he took the paint off with the aircraft paint remover and he was trying to repair the paint job instead of using a straight board he was using a DA to tie straight far away from the paint job it was useless and while they was working on my car, the body and fender guy screwed up my dash left the crack on there. I got upset enough for about three weeks came back in August. What song was unbelievable food are in my car. All kind of rat poop the guy ran over some of my chrome from the rear window in the shop, Ernesto show me gun to try to terminate me, so I'll call the Bureau of auto repairs not once not twice, about four time I called my insurance company they came down and gave me 2500 more dollars and two they cut it to the frame of my car with a torch. It was ragged. and they painted it again but this time it was not the best Citibank card that I wanted. It was a 149 they pay way a watercolor, which we never agreed upon Mr. Rivera the representative from the bill of automotive repairs, Tom, they had to fix all that and they never did this room, but it took me more than a year to take him to court. They kept postponing it and Ernesto never showed up to court because of all this my insurance company cancel me out so I did a subpoena Ernesto to court. He never showed up he sent. and worker name.Vladimir Putin and the worst thing of it all. I drove my car in there altogether when I took it out it had no window. It was incomplete. He told me to bring the car back and he fixed it off. That was a life so I called a Bill Auto bar repair again and sued them, I'd still hasn't received that even a penny at June is going to be a whole year where I got the judgment. I did hire a lawyer to try to get my money back that's not, including all the tools they stole for me off my collision and 167 is the worst bike shop ever. I wish I had room for more pictures and to I think these people was on something I have no room to put the picture where they did not put the window in how I took the car home. I need to go truck I do have received. And right now my car is it at the shop, James, another frame put in it. and they never gave me the right receive a. and I really thought”

“I was referred to Tom Eplin's shop through my insurance. The customer service on the phone and in person was so wonderful. My anxiety about getting there before they closed for drop off and pick up was always met with a calm reassuring solution. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than how I dropped it off. Every piece of broken glass was vaccumed and they even washed the exterior too. The environment there is so wholesome and felt like a family bussiness. From the sweet care of the old cat that is there you can tell there is heart all around. I recieved text messages during the process letting me know when to expect the finished proccess.
