“The reason it's not 5 stars is because it's fairly small , hence not a lot of merchandise but other than that, it's a clean store and the stuff is very helpful, at least the staff at the cashier.
Extra points for always having your pick up order ready and figured out, unlike their sister Gap Factory, where the stuff doesn't know very well what's going on.
The stuff is treating the customers like they are shopping in a BR store, not a BR factory store. I wish staff at neighbor Nordstrom Rack had the same attitude.”

“This is a hidden gem Western store in San Leandro! They have a wide variety of items for all your western wear needs. I found some really nice pair of women's boots, and the employee was super helpful in helping me choose the ones that fit me best and suited what I was looking for. I'll definitely be coming back!”
