Their customer service is better than any other Bay area stores unless you go to Vacaville outlet. Don't go to Livermore outlet, there were few times , bad experience and treated me like, I was from poor town or something! Seriously, San Leandro is good, I forgot this lady name, but at the cashier or front desk, great service

When in there looking for some of the slip-on walking shoes was able to locate proper size and they had a good deal buy one get one 50% off cashier was nice!
