Miguel was kind and accommodating, unfortunately my service took a bit over 4 hours to change and align my tires. I did have a 8am appointment and arrived on time. The location is short staffed. I think corporate needs to make the neccessary changes to allow employees to be paid well and that should bring in a full team.
