“The staff is always so helpful at this store. We get our cats flea collars here, sometimes when we order them online they are older and less effective. So it's very helpful to have a pet store a few blocks away that carries them. We have also recently been purchasing cat grass here, our kitty's love it. Apparently you can grow your own cat grass, with seeds available for purchase here. However based on our past complete and total failures planting, growing, and maintaining plants of any type, it's a much better option to just purchase it pre grown. They are always super excited when we bring it home. It's refreshing to go into a store these days, and be greated by friendly staff that clearly enjoy their jobs. Most of our other retail experiences are not as easy and pleasant as this particular Pet Food Express.”

“Took my two dogs in while passing by to deliver voting ballots to city hall. I had a fun time letting them wonder around. I checked the fish room, which was under construction the last time I visited. They have everything a fish, dog, cat, bird, or fluffy thing would need. My dogs had a good time smelling the smelly smells. We left with two huge bones and a new super big tennis ball.”

“This store is surprisingly nice. The staff is always super friendly, it always clean including the fish section (which can be traumatic in these chain pet stores) Also shout out the girl who helped me with tattoos in the fish section she was very nice I didn’t get her name!”
