During the quote and design process he helped provide valuable feedback so I don’t over spend on things I don’t need. And he kept it within the budget even when he expedited my need.”
“These folks are the greatest! I have small to medium size print jobs, so I'm hardly a "big fish" for any printer, but I feel VERY urgent about my printing projects. I've used In and Out Printing for years and they have NEVER let me down. Their prices are good, they get things done fast and correctly, and the communication is great. This is a union print shop so that's great for people who require a union bug. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

“My laser printer suddenly stopped feeding paper and I needed to print out COVID documents for an upcoming trip to Europe. I followed the manufacturer's instructions to clean the rollers, but it still wouldn't work. I called Printer Plus and was told that it could possibly be fixed the same day. Google showed that the shop wasn't too busy during lunch hour, so I took my printer in after 12PM and was the only customer there. Vinh came out and helped carry my printer in. After I explained the problem, he opened the paper tray and immediately identified a broken part, which he had in stock. It took just a few minutes for him to let me know the cost for parts and labor. He told me to go shopping and return in an hour. When I got back, he demonstrated that the printer was repaired and I was on my way. So nice to have such great service, plus Vinh is a very nice guy! I'd recommend his services to anyone who would like to keep a working printer rather than send it to the junk pile.”

“Every time I go to a place like a mailing office, I expect to receive poor service/not follow their own policies and have learned to kinda live with it, however, the staff from this location are a pleasant surprise, every single time I’ve been to this office, it’s been a fast, effective, and kind service. “Stopped by the FedEx store in San Leandro this morning to return a package. My label was black and white and missing the red battery warning. One of the staff noticed right away, asked for the return email, and printed a color version for me—no hassle, no mention of cost. He was helping other customers too but still took the time to stick the label on my box. Super helpful, clean, and efficient. 5 stars!”

“Needed a shipping label printed out. UPS wanted to charge me $5. I found this place in a pinch. Service was feasible and, at $1.60, economical. Very professional venue. I will be going here for all of my printing and copying needs. Highly recommend!”
