“I've had the absolute pleasure of using Up and Up twice in the last few years and the team of Alfonso and Robert is unbelievably good! So thorough and careful with all of your things. I did a quick walk thru of my old place with Robert, pointing out where each labelled box could go. I let Alfonso know which boxes were ACTUALLY for real fragile and which boxes not to bury. I was able to unpack 3/4s of my house after Alfonso amd Robert left due to their efficiency also solved a sofa arrangement for me because I couldn't figure it out! They assemble anything they take apart and set up your rugs, sofas, beds etc.They literally do it all. A one bedroom will take about 3-4 hrs from start to finish depending on stairs, etc. I will never use another mover besides Up and Up.”

They have good soothing music while you’re being help and they offer coffee for our convinces. There are also flat bed doilies available for your use. The best thing about this place is that you can use your phone to get into everything. No code needed unless you forget your phone.”

“We've had a great experience so far when the Stuf storage in downtown Oakland. The remote customer service is responsive good at problem solving. Alerted us right away when we had accidentally left our unit unsecured. Sent maintenance out right away when someone had locked the new unit we were moving into. Other customers we've met their are all very nice . Not all units are equally well lit, so I'm going to reach out to customer service to see if there's anything we can do to get more light in our space.”

This allows us to buy in bulk and keep the freezers in our commercial kitchen less congested and free for immediate production needs. Schaefers Cold Storage is very organized, they have taken very good care of our inventory at a reasonable price. They are easy to work with, professional, and helpful. It took a long time for us to find them, but they have been an excellent business partner, and have greatly helped us expand our businss.”
