“Juan and Francisco were absolutely FANTASTIC!! From start to finish! It was as if they were moving their own personal belongings. They took such care, read all the box labels of where to put the boxes, wrapped and tapped the items perfectly and extremely fast! I’m blown away at the service of these two men!
As far as the office goes- the front desk lady needs much better customer service skills..she was very rude and didn’t even know who she was calling when she called me yesterday!
Eric and river were helpful and gave me peace of mind for patiently waiting for us to have a move date finalized. Moving can be unpredictable at times and they walked along aide us by email, assuring that they were here to help.

They always show up early and let you know if they can start early before they arrive. They are incredibly strong!! I’m exhausted from moving yesterday and I don’t event carry the heavy things up the stairs!! So my appreciation is overflowing for these folks who brought all of our heavy stuff up a set of stairs.

“Jabrial at the Oakland PODS facility is a lifesaver! After PODS canceled my container delivery, I was desperate to get my items moved out of storage into a PODS for a cross country move. I went to the Oakland PODS facility and Jabrial was able to quickly get me set up to self load into a PODS container on-site. He offered amazing tips to make my process seamless and was so kind and thoughtful along the way. All the staff I encountered at the Oakland facility were amazing — hats off to them for actually caring about the customer and making every effort to address shortcomings by corporate/national staff. I can’t thank Jabrial and crew enough, y’all are the best!!”
