“We had the absolute best experience with this company from start to finish! Roberto, Marcos, Juan, Jordine, and Felix moved our entire home—not once, but twice—and handled every single item with incredible care, professionalism, and positive attitudes. They even successfully moved a 900-pound table and a 200-pound bench, which was no small feat. Throughout the entire process, they were all smiles, hardworking, respectful, and incredibly efficient. They treated our belongings as if they were their own, took exceptional care with every piece, and even kept our home clean while moving everything in and out. They turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something seamless and stress-free. I also want to recognize Robert, who coordinated everything behind the scenes. From the very beginning, he was organized, responsive, and always just a phone call away whenever we had a question or needed anything. Knowing we could reach him at any time gave us complete confidence throughout the move. His communication, professionalism, and commitment to making sure everything went smoothly were just as impressive as the moving crew itself. This entire team went above and beyond in every way. If you're looking for movers who are professional, friendly, careful, and genuinely care about their customers, look no further. Roberto, Marcos, Juan, Jordine, Felix, and Robert delivered exceptional service, and we couldn't recommend them more highly. Five stars simply aren't enough!”

“I had a great experience with Commander moving! They were timely, careful, attentive, and speedy. Upon arrival at our house, each crew member introduced themselves and took the time to understand the specifics of the move. They each worked so diligently individually but also as a team. Once packed up, they took extreme care to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I like many others don’t enjoy the act of moving, however with Commander, move day wasn’t awful. In fact, they made it as seamless as possible. Couldn’t recommend a moving company more!”

“The rental spaces are really great! The place is very safe, they have significant security measures! Ben the local store manager gave me a nice tour of the facility and secured a superduper deal for me! He's the best! I Shai contacted by phone the general customer service number and Breanna was really helpful. I got the smallish storage because I don't need much space but they have a lot of different sizes so if you still have stuff from your ex, it will fit in there 4 sure. Thanks Ben and team in Oakland, keep it up!”

“Front desk was very helpful when showing us how to get started. Buildings are clean and the app works well but can be a little slow. They have some flatbeds available. We are very happy with our decision to store here. Only issue is there are only 2 elevators which can backup during busy times and the flatbeds are great but a few more available would be nice.”

“Highly recommend Up and Up Moving and Storage. Many thanks to Brandon, who got us scheduled last minute, and whose professional, and calm manner was reassuring. The moving team earned rave reviews from everyone: great communication, punctuality, and helpfulness from start to finish. All in all, the move was efficient, damage-free, and actually pleasant! Noting the fact that they are local and Employee-Owned, and their pricing is transparent (no hidden fees or extra charges as we saw with other companies we considered). choosing Up & Up Moving was the best decision we made.”

“Dominique has been an incredible help. She has gone above and beyond to help me with my unit, especially during difficult times like a recent break-in. I would not still be a customer without her. I certainly wouldn't recommend Extra Space on East 12th St if she wasn't around. Thank you Dominique so much for your grace and kindness and patience and understanding and help. I am forever grateful for how you helped make a difficult situation a lot less difficult, and helped me navigate it.”

“I’ve used this company 3 times now. They are fast, careful, and considerate. Their rates are possibly the best around. They always show up early and let you know if they can start early before they arrive. They are incredibly strong!! I’m exhausted from moving yesterday and I don’t event carry the heavy things up the stairs!! So my appreciation is overflowing for these folks who brought all of our heavy stuff up a set of stairs. We both used Google translate to help us communicate and it was no problem at all. Highly recommended!”

“We use Schaefers Cold Storage to store our frozen ingredients/supplies. This allows us to buy in bulk and keep the freezers in our commercial kitchen less congested and free for immediate production needs. Schaefers Cold Storage is very organized, they have taken very good care of our inventory at a reasonable price. They are easy to work with, professional, and helpful. It took a long time for us to find them, but they have been an excellent business partner, and have greatly helped us expand our businss.”
