I was super stressed over the high cost and I went to Rainbow for one last quote. John looked at the dent and quoted me $1300. He explained the estimate and the repair process clearly to me which I appreciated. John was kind and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision at the time. My car was fixed within a week and looked brand new. Two years later, it still looks great!”

“I drove my VW Cabrio around for 2 years with no speedometer. I had taken it to Jim's in Morro Bay and after 3 attempts they told me to take it to the dealer. I took it to German Auto and they said they didn't have time to fix it. I took it to Lighty's, he had the car for over a week and didn't fix the problem. It came time to smog the car. It was get it fixed or junk the car, that ran great. Took it to Villa and John told me that they could fix it. Sure enough, a week later the Cabrio was smoged and in the road with a working speedometer. Villa saved my car!!!”

“Mr. Hong is definitely the guy to go if you want help fixing your car. Mr. Hong is an honest and kind man . He will never in anyway try to trick you in to paying more money. Mr. Hong may not be the cheapest out there, but his work more than makes up for it. He has been doing this for more than 65 years. He definitely knows everything inside and out. He is a one man army and works really hard. It will look as good as new. Most mechanics try to rip you off. Mr. Hong will never do that you. He is honest and always give you an accurate expectation. There is never any surprises with him. He always checks up on you. Also, he always go beyond and above in fixing you car. There are very few mechanics out there like Mr. Hong. I recommend him to anyone in the SLO Area.”

“The state asked for a smog check to be done on my vehicle so I immediately thought of Villa Automotive. They had serviced my cars for the past few years with distinction. Sure enough, when I called them they assured me that I could come in without an appointment if all I needed was a smog check. I was greeted at the door and was told I would be out shortly. To me shortly means at least an hour but I was to be surprised. Minutes later, I looked out the door and saw my car sat waiting for me in the driveway, ready to go. I thank Jerry for handling my need so quickly and smoothly and Blake for attending to the matter at hand, professionally. I certainly will return.”
