Some note that customer service was not the greatest and that some higher-floor rooms are not elevator accessible. We love staying here. Clean, beautiful rooms. All the staff is friendly and polite. We booked our room through Expedia and unfortunately Expedia did not communicate well to the property of the correct dates but at the front desk Roxanne was able to help us and she was polite, professional and friendly.

Great Best Western Plus. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms have a balcony and the area is very convenient and quiet. The most quiet night we had during our 2 weeks trip.
