“I had such a great experience at Plush Furniture. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced locally. The team was welcoming, helpful, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for without any pressure.
They have a beautiful, well curated selection with a range of styles, and the pricing honestly surprised me in the best way. It felt very fair for the quality, which isn’t always the case with furniture.
It is so nice to have a local, brick and mortar shop like this in our community. I would absolutely recommend stopping in if you are looking for furniture.”
“Our new loveseat was delivered this morning. Jack was helpful, friendly, and professional. They got everything done without a hitch and without any wasted time. The whole process with Idlers was easy and enjoyable.”
“I bought a small sleeper couch for my guest room here and was very pleased with the congenial service! They explain everything and covered all the areas of concern plus I was able to make an offer they accepted! In addition, the delivery people were efficient and considerate!”
“Tracy and his team have helped us plan and set up our office (and our former office) to meet our current needs. Most recently they reconfigured our current office to accommodate our growing staff in 2025. They have offer great value (both in products and service) and they are the go to vendor we use of office planning and furniture.”
“Love this place! Huge selection of painted tiles and the furniture is amazing--I just wish my house was big enough to accommodate it (most of it is pretty massive). Lots of cool Mexican statuary and dishes. Always fun to visit, even if it's just to dream! Everyone there is super nice, too.”
“We absolutely loved working with Celedon House on our bedroom project. Kelli was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and collaborative throughout the entire process. She really took the time to listen to what we like (and don’t like) and created a design that feels perfect for us and our style.
One thing we especially appreciated was that she was happy to work with us one room at a time. We had tried working with several other designers in the area, but many seemed focused only on full-home projects. Kelli was different — she made us feel just as important working on a single room and stayed mindful of our budget while still creating a beautiful, elevated design.
We truly love the space she designed and are excited to work with Celedon House on several future projects. Her entire team, both in the Santa Barbara and SLO locations, was also fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend!”
“Made a first time purchase for a dryer. Shelley was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, she is an amazing people person and is great at what she does. We will be back because of her.”
“This antique store is not for the faint of heart. It's a big warehouse piled with every kind of imaginable antique. There are parts of the store that are organized but other parts are really raw and it takes effort to look. Definitely my kind of antique store. They have the most extraordinary and interesting things and their prices are very reasonable. They have a very nice selection of pots and plants stands in their outdoor areas. The owner was very friendly and as if the store needed more whimsy, there's a big cage full of canaries in the back flitting about and singing beautiful songs.”
“Cal deals was an excellent shopping experience. All of the sales people were very helpful and well informed and very personable. Thank you all Chris, Sherry & Danielle for doing such a great job !”
“Thrifty beaches is the best! They have really cool stuff, and they offer great prices when selling too. Adam is awesome and their customer service is stellar. This place is a must visit in downtown SLO! We’re lucky to have them 😊”
“I love their chocolate covered ants and grasshoppers, they’re the best around. I like to put him in my Cap’n Crunch cereal on Saturday morning.”
“I can't recommend Gabriel enough for any design questions and needs and help. He helped me design multiple rooms in my house. He is extremely patient and knowledgeable and he helped me pick out the perfect furniture for multiple rooms in our house. He was always so courteous with any questions I had and gave me multiple options and suggestions for each room. Go see Gabriel for any design questions. He is the best!”

“First time visit today with my daughter, lots of overpriced TJ max items minus the clothing. Overall had fun looking around, some clearance items also. I found a good deal on bamboo cooking utensils. That's it.”
“I think the checker who helped me out was Anor or Anouor? I think her name tag had Farsi on it. Anyway, she did a great job checking me out and I would totally wait in a longer line to be in her line next time. Way to go A! She really went above and beyond for me.”
