“I'm so happy this tire store was open on Friday a day after Thanksgiving! They were attentive checked all my tires and discovered a nail in one of them. All I asked was to put air in the tire but they recommended that I had the tire checked. After repairing the tire I drove back home 3 hours to OC with a peace of mind and a repaired, safe tire. Thank you The Tire Store Team!! Joe and Franky were awesome!!”

“WOW!!! Thank You for saving our day!! My 85yo pop and I were 1/2 hour from home and suffered a flat tire. We did not have the tool to lower our spare, so towing could not change out tire...he aired us up, followed us and called ahead to an almost closing Big Brand Tire!! They welcomed us and fixed the nail punctured tire for us just before closing for no cost!!! Thank you to the nicest, BUSY, attendant AMIR. You smoothed my pop's nerves and assured him all would be ok!! Thank You!!I will be sure to go to this shop for any future tire needs when in San Luis Obispo!”
