I had a pair of Great New Balance Shoes that I returned after a week or so since the stitching was coming apart. Great shoes, never had this issue before. They took them back no problem and mailed me a replacement pair Super Fast!! The salesperson was very helpful, just an absolute dear…☺️”

I have to mention a huge shoutout to store associate Jessica, who in August 2024 helped me with my account in getting points for several large purchases that had never been recorded to my account because of a technical glitch. I had repeatedly been having this issue with my account over the years, but Jessica was the one who stepped up and solved it for me once and for all! She called me the following weekend to confirm the changes took effect, and for that I am so grateful. Time to give Jessica a raise! “This store is great. They have a very good selection of high quality, fashionable clothing. My daughter bought a $400 Michael Kors leather bag for $100 which was then further discounted by another 70%. She walked out the door with it for $30 plus tax. I bought two pairs of high-quality, comfortable jeans by Tommy Bahama and Lucky for less than $150. I'll be going back for a leather jacket soon.”

“I have been a customer of Ambiance for almost 15 years. They have such a great and unique selection of clothing at various prices points - and something for every occasion! The owner has been nothing but friendly as well as the other gals who work in the store. The customer service is top notch - I had fallen in love with a pair of boots from there, but I struggle with boots because I have a wide calf. The owner was so helpful and ended up being able to custom order me the boots with a calf width that would fit. I LOVE THEM!! I have since moved out of the area, but I always get check in's from the staff on new arrivals or things I might like based on my purchase history. I appreciate this so much!! Love this store!!”
