“Just wanted to give a huge shout out to DDM and their team, especially Carlos. I bought some HID headlights, and fog lights from them about 10 years ago. (Ultra 35W Ballast I believe the color was 6500k….nice blue ) I haven’t had any issues with them whatsoever until recently. My passenger headlight started shutting off. I thought it was just a bad headlight, so I ordered some more. That wasn’t the case, it was the ballast. So I called up there and Carlos let me know that it was STILL under warranty. 10 years is a long time! He then said that he would send me out not one ballast, but 2! I really appreciate you standing behind your products and absolutely love the look and functionality of my headlights and fog lights now. Thank you again! If anyone asks about headlights, I’ll definitely send them your way!”

“Customer service was excellent, I was greeted while entering the store. Purpose for the visit was to look at helmets. All the questions I asked about helmets were answered to my satisfaction. I was one of those customers who had a hard time making a decision, there were several brands that I liked. The staff never made feel as though I had rush. After a little more than an hour, I made a helmet purchase along with a seperate Sena bluetooth headset. Using an online discount made the purchase an even better deal.”

I wouldn't trust my '78 super beetle with anyone else. They helped me get smog ready and fully tuned up. Solved a painful electrical issue that no one else was able to. Got me road ready! “I needed an alternator for my car and Luis was very helpful and friendly. He verified that they had the 1 part listed in stock before he processed the transaction. He also reminded me that there is a core charge that I could get refunded back to the card immediately. I came back today and Luis was there again. He remembered me and asked if I was all set. I wasn't sure so he offered to come check with the machine that everything looked good. Great customer service experience. Thank you for all of your help!! I would definitely recommend this location. 😊”

“We were sent there about 15 years ago after my car was rear ended. We had to get two estimates, so we reluctantly found two that were close to our house. The guys at Active were awesome, showed my autistic son around the shop! We’ve used them twice since then (unfortunately), but the price is Always competitive and the work fantastic! After our last visit I told him “I hope I don’t see you again!” Well, two months later I was back with a different car… but same results. Great work in a timely matter. Top notch business with a great staff! Highly recommended?”
“Sal and his team did an absolutely amazing job on my insurance claim. As seen in the photos my 2015 Tacoma was pretty badly banged up by a 75Ft tall pine tree that had fallen on it. The truck which has a great importance to me was treated with the best care that could be offered with the stringencies of working with insurance. I highly recommend taking your vehicle(s) here for any body work, yes the chains may be faster, but they will not do as good a job and that may cost you in the future.”

“Exceptional service. I went in just to test my battery. I don't remember his name, but he said he would run the test and if the battery needed to be replaced he would do it on the spot. The battery did need to be replaced. He quickly removed the old and installed the new while explaining the warranty was valid at any O'Reilly store. The entire procedure took 15 minutes.”

“I had a great experience with Fast Automotive Center in San Marcos. After an oil change, I noticed an oil leak around the drain plug, and they inspected it and found that the threads in my oil pan were coming out. Instead of immediately telling me I needed an expensive oil pan replacement, they rethreaded the pan and installed a 14mm drain plug as a more affordable solution.
I really appreciated that they took the time to explain the situation and were upfront that the oil pan may eventually need to be replaced if the repair doesn’t hold. That kind of honesty and transparency is exactly what I look for in a mechanic.
The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on finding a practical solution rather than simply selling me the most expensive repair. They helped me avoid an unnecessary expense for now, and I really appreciate that.
